Sunday, January 10, 2016 - Had this at Pietrasanta and the Italian waiter "drifted" to my table to comment on the wine. Opened up with bright red cherries and an appealing aroma. Medium gritty tannins which faded away mid way through dinner with a nice merlot fruit attack and a long finish. Not a great year for Masseto but satisfactory.
