Friday, January 22, 2016 - An interesting divergence on this wine recently. Just finished the last of mine and while it opened up thin, recorking (air expelled) and holding for a few days proved extremely beneficial to this wine. It was delicious and held up very well to a seasoned Turkey and grass fed Beef Meat Loaf. Couldn't ask for more. 85 points after popping the cork but 91-92 Points after a few days open.
