Monday, March 23, 2020 - Very earthy and truffle expression on the nose, extreme tannins on the palate. Could use another three years in the cellar. The fruit is nominal with dark cherries and fig, but an extremely well made wine. I like the funkiness of this when paired with Italian food like grilled veal!
