Tuesday, July 2, 2019 - Vibrant, lifting acidity and notes of stone fruit, honey, and minerality. PnP, then followed over several days, the final glass was just as good as the first. No reason to think this won't be great for another five years. Agree with wine strategies' observation that this is best served on the warmer end of "cool" for the best showing of the fruit-leaning aromatics. Right out of the fridge, it's mostly saline and minerals that dominate.
