Sunday, June 29, 2014 - Clear yellow with tight bubbles. Citrus, pear, yeast, wet yellow flowers, brine and bright volcanic minerals on the nose. Lite body, bright and focused with citrus, spice, pear, stone fruit, zest, steel minerals, herbs, brine and flowers on the palate. Striking presence and structure. Med-long finish.
