Saturday, February 3, 2018 - Tasted in double-blind setting at friend's house. Buttery notes, smoke, ripe yellow fruits, peach, cold steel, mint and minerality. It has a creamy mouthfeel but very good freshness, too. Medium-full bodied, pretty rich, especially for the cooler vintage, beautiful balance and very nice medium-high acidity that is almost hidden under the wealth of fruit. Very good length. A very interesting white NSG that combines white Burgundy elegance with beautiful freshness.
