Friday, January 5, 2024 - This was shining tonight! Had it with pasta puttanesca and it was fabulous. Earth and berry nose, cocoa and cherry fruit on the mid-palate. A 2 hour decant calmed down the big fruitiness that originally emerged upon opening. 4 hours in and the secondary characteristics emerged with beautiful balance and fine tannins in the finish. A dandy drink.
