Monday, October 31, 2016 - Rule the Rhone; 10/27/2016-11/3/2016 (Northern & Southern Rhone): We have a visit set up for this location later in the trip and wanted to get a preview at dinner. Although we've had one or two of the wines in the past, we don't have much experience. This was great. Very bright and fruit forward without being overpowering. While fruit more dominant, shows some balance with more savory characteristics. Worked well with some veal had that night.
