Tuesday, March 10, 2020 - Revisiting this wine after 5 months, having this shortly after a heavily seasoned Chinese meal. On the nose it is still showing elegant bouquet of flowers, lavender, dried spices, dried parsley, nutmeg. On the palate there's anise, lotus seed, medium bodied, firm and delicious tannins with a slight licorice and hint of bittersweet finish. Medium to long finish. Always my favorite!
