Monday, December 6, 2021 - I think someone's feedback was 'light' but that was not my experience. This tastes similar to some of the finer Sonoma Coast pinots. Dark mouthwatering fruit followed by refined tannins. Big and plush. I wouldn't hesitate pairing this with a steak. Drinking very well now after ~30 minutes of air.
