Sunday, February 5, 2017 - Proof positive that the producer is more important than the vintage. Minerals up front with dusty dried florals, burnt orange and exotic spice. On the palate, it's remarkably soft with an enveloping thrust of dried red fruits, minerals and balanced acidity. It's slightly short on the palate but that's totally forgivable. What a beautifully matured Barolo.
