Monday, January 25, 2021 - Fairly dark fruited and herbal on the nose. Plums and black currant mixed with eucalyptus and cigar box. Silky, well integrated tannings, good depth of fruit, albeit a bit ripe, almost sweet on the palate. Good acidity to balance it all out. Drinking at peak, but can likely hold it there for 1-2 years. Wouldn’t hold onto it for the long haul.
