Tuesday, September 29, 2015 - Around 65% Chenin, 17% Sauvignon, 13% Chardonnay, 5% Viognier. For my palate this cepage doesn't really work - together the Chenin and Sauvignon create a too lean and acidic profile. Perhaps time will help to soften it. Clearly well made but not to enjoyable effect for me.
