Wednesday, May 28, 2014 - Stood this up for a few days then decanted -- had a surprising amount of sediment (no fining or filtering, etc.), so glad I did; I think this might be related to comments about the wine being "milky".
Wine had a lot of dissolved CO2, so I shook up the decanter a few times and let it off-gas.
After that, the wine was great, served slightly chilled. Essence of blood orange and raspberries. Pretty lithe and ethereal. I really enjoyed this and would buy more.
