Sunday, August 5, 2018 - Opened and decanted, poured a small sip. Big and harsh without food.
In a short time it had smoothed some but still had the rocks funk that can be a bit harsh upon opening. During dinner it smoothed out a bit and three hours later it was very enjoyable.
