Tuesday, December 11, 2018 - Two bottles of this were opened recently at a work function at a pedestrian lauded corporate steakhouse. Both bottles were in fine shape and totally approachable with excellent service on pop and pour. Soft plush acids and tannins support the classic Rocks AVA character. Tannin and acids were almost not sufficient to negotiate the ridiculous protein served. (in many ways a compliment, but also a suggestion... drink with leaner more refined meat). These were tasty and provided ample fodder for intense discussion.
