Wednesday, July 3, 2013 - Day Three in Burgundy: Rousseau, Marchand, Dugat, Jadot (Cote d'Or): Barrel tasting at domaine. Black fruit start-to-finish, very dense and almost crunchy in terms of textures. Huge and powerful with great background spice and smoked meat character. Very cellarworthy.
