Monday, October 3, 2016 - Opened way too early, but showing a tremendous amount of promise if held for 7-10 years. Nose is rather subdued at the moment, it shows funk, smoke, dark fruits and fungus. The palate is full bodied and showing only primary flavors right now, all of which fall in the salty and savory category. It will be quite some time before the fruit emerges, but the structure and bits are all there to make something great.
