Thursday, January 16, 2014 - Dark ruby. Nose is full of strawberry, some new leather, and some herbal character. Palate is brisk, lots of acidity dominates the mouthfeel, complemented by bone-dry strawberry and red cherry flavors. Finish is medium+ with pronounced tannins. Benefits a lot from pairing with fatty food. Solid and simple rosso, good quality, but nothing special. 15/20
