Thursday, November 25, 2021 - Thanksgiving lunch at work. Paired with BBQ beef kabobs and saffron chicken. Lots of fruit, tart, a bit of iodine. About what I expected. This was interesting to drink alongside a 99' and even more interesting to hear people's opinion who are not wine people. Winner went to the 99' but the younger crowd definitely preferred the 12'. It was a pleasure to drink now, but no need to rush into this. 1 hour slow ox in bottle. Drank over the next couple hours.
