Saturday, October 24, 2020 - After trying the first bottle of the 2012 vintage, I let the remaining ones age a few years. The bottle had built up some sediment. Of course there is chocolate in the nose and mouth but put this aside and red fruits, prune, earthy tones will come out. I believe there was also a floral note of lavender or violet. In the mouth the oaky tannins are smooths and balanced yielding to a long finish.
