Tuesday, January 24, 2017 - A wonderfully aromatic display of cedar, spearmint, chocolate, black currants and toasted bread. An artfully balanced palate; full bodied and distinctly flavoured, suitable for early drinking or med-term ageing. Very long, toasty, cocoa finish.

*sampled from 375mL bottle. The label suggest ageing 15-35 years, I hope so... but based the flavours and structure, I think it will peak much sooner; the larger bottle formats should last longer.
