Tuesday, January 12, 2021 - This is tasty sparkling wine from Spain. Showing citrus, lemons, green apples, minerals, light yeast and white pepper.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.
Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel. Not bitter nor tart. Very tasty with mild complexity. I really enjoyed the mouthfeel.
A blend of 50% Macabeo, 35% Parellada and 15% Xarello. Made in the traditional method.
12% alcohol by volume.
