When I was still ignorant I drank most of it, or gave it away, because the wise men and women of Wine, those blessed with decades of experience, Noble Critics all, said this was the right time to drink it, otherwise it would turn to vinegar, or if I was lucky into a pumpkin like Cindarella's coach.
It was tight and dull and boring.
And now I have only a few bottles left, it's not vinegar, it's really nice.
Damn the wise men and women of Wine.
(Except for Clive. He was right. Though he should have explained to the ignorant when to drink it.).
