Saturday, April 10, 2021 - No hint of cedar, only decanted for 30 minutes but did run through an aerator. Holding up spectacularly but is at its prime now. Tanins are strong and will remain so, limited sediment but bottle stained.. plums were the overwhelming flavor of the day.
