Friday, April 22, 2022 - I might have drank this wine after it's peak. Reviews have been outstanding and it was a good wine. Let it breath for 2 hours before drinking. Nose was mellow, subtle - for me it was hard to pull out any strong hints. I found it 'almost' sour and oxidized at the start, but then it finishes very smooth and silky. The cork was fine (soaking bright red).
