Sunday, March 17, 2024 - Oysters typical of mature Dom nose. Some lemon and burnt sugar. Light white flowers and acacia honey, lots of butter, fried butter with hazelnuts. Somewhat sweet, drinks like a puligny with bubbles. This wine, from a not so great vintage is ready to drink. Also the color is already intense yellow. I would not hold on to it for much longer.
