Wednesday, February 3, 2021 - Sweet, dark and bitter. Brilliant cherries and lush chocolatey oiliness on the finish. Lots of definition and bite. Drink now or hold. Sure it might smooth out and integrate even more, but life is short, it’s got a rough wildness now that it may lose with time.
