Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of salty saline tidal pool minerality, honeyed citrus fruit, floral perfume with more air. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honeyed citrus lemon, white peach, mild light toast, touch of sweet cream, and lots of that salty minerality towards the long finish.
Very good quality. Really nice and enjoyable, just lacking that bit of delineation and layering to bring it up to good 1er Cru level. In drinking window now, and should be for the next 4-5 years.
