Sunday, January 6, 2019 - Refreshing and vibrant. Vanilla and spice. Enough acidity to brighten it up. Drinking extremely young for its age. Mouth plucking tannins. Yet I keep on going back to the glass. Drink or hold for many years to come. I regret having bought only one bottle.
