Saturday, November 13, 2021 - The colour tells you much: limited fade, no bricking, dark purples still - this has more in reserve.

Lovely nose. Gamey, roasting dish aromas, then dark berries, a whisper of vanilla.

Palate is the fuller end of medium bodied. More rich fruits, sinewy tannin, vanillin again, good flow.

In a sweet spot. Nice drinking now but this should cruise on for another decade.
