Sunday, October 24, 2021 - A Birthday / Burgundy Dinner (The Bristol): Great color, great fill. Mature, ripe black cherry with an intense, earthy, meaty, spicy character that is so layered and nuanced with a truffly finish. Great length with a brilliantly elegant finish.
