Tuesday, October 5, 2010 - This wine has such fresh crispness allied to its lean but exciting peach, quince, lime and honey. Not overly sweet, and plenty of zippy acidity. Medium long finish and an ideal match for a summer-fruit dessert. Drink now or hold several years. Excellent!
