Saturday, March 11, 2023 - Slow ox. One hour. Big, full bodied, mouthful of fruit, a little alcoholic. Blackberry, herbs, smoke, licorice, smoke meat. Decent acidity but this is a bit roasted. Not sure where this goes from here.
