Tasted non blind. Opened and decanted before serving.
Dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of sorghum, anise and black currants. Flavors of almonds,, sorghum and dried plums. Medium acidity, full bodied. Drink now with air or continue to hold. No rush.
