Wednesday, May 2, 2012 - Grabbed the wrong vintage of this from the cellar as I intended to leave this for a few years. Never mind. Dark, youthful appearance. High-toned nose which reminded me of a top rioja. Glossy oak, furniture polish, dark fruit. On the palate, a beautify smooth rich texture and quite austere but very fine fruit beneath. This was young but approachable. I enjoyed it despite the infanticide.
