Wednesday, December 4, 2019 - Garnet, still almost completely opaque, just the slightest hint of brown at the edges. Pronounced, complex, typical Grange nose of shiraz fruit, sweet American oak vanilla, touch of raspberries. Very viscous. Still has plenty of fruit, full-bodied but very round and smooth. Very long aftertaste. The tannins seemed more prominent after several hours, suggesting it may be near the end of its peak and should be consumed short term. I'll try another in a few months.
