Wednesday, July 8, 2020 - After the hype and all the years of cellaring, I was hoping that this might be one of my all-time favorite bottles, so I was a little disappointed (but financially relieved for the future) that I thought that this was merely a very good wine. Medium body, modest sediment, flavors of oak, vanilla, raspberry. Smooth, but not particularly exciting. For the money I'd much rather have 2 or 3 bottles of Realm, Schrader, Saxum, or Two Hands Ares.
