Wednesday, October 9, 2013 - medium body; ripe cherry and strawberry; good acidity and minerality; finishes with tea notes; still a bit young and tight; worked with both the salads and the lamb shoulder; 58 euro at Restaurant Astier (and less than 1/3 of that at the liquor store around the corner...sigh)
