Friday, September 25, 2020 - First day. Seemed to lack fruit and finished sour. Left overnight in the refrigerator. After an hour out and warmed somewhat. Lush with lots of black fruits up front. Tannins tamed with a decent finish

Will wai at least one more year for next bottle or give it several hours after a decant
