Friday, May 9, 2014 - Similar to the previous experience, I guess. Plentiful pineapple and woody elements. Lush describes it well and I'm unsure why I would've paired with oysters -- though it might have been Rockefeller. It calls for chix and flavorful fish. Decent acidity.
