Monday, January 16, 2012 - Deep dark purple with slight browning on the edges. Opened, decanted and drank over 1 hour. A somewhat reserved minty nose of wet stone and dark fruits. A little violet, red fruit and some sweetness on the palate. A medium slightly tannic finish. Overall a very nice wine that has reached maturity and will stay here for some time. Enjoyable with food.
