Sunday, January 8, 2017 - Drinking quite well. This had lots of cedar/pencil shaving aromas dominating the nose, but some cool dark fruit underneath. The palate has come into nice balance, with relaxed, mature fruits buffered by some still firm tannins. Long finish reprising the aromas from the nose. Very very nice wine.
