Sunday, October 7, 2012 - 35th Birthday dinner for the guys. Unfortunately, I think this had some cork taint. The nose still had a plum/raspberry liquor, with a pine needle undertone. The palate doesn't have cork taint, and is filled with a spicy, slightly tannic palate, filled with plums. Just a little sweetness. The balance is excellent. Long finish.
