Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - Nose - raspberries, cream, undertone of spirit, pink bubblegum. Palate - blackcurrants and Ribena; mature forest fruits, cherries and plums; earthy; some spice. Warming and zingy (the latter not totally pleasurable). Longish finish.
