Tuesday, May 24, 2005 - After searching the Internet and reading Roy H's advice, decanted this for 8 hours before drinking, tasting every 1-2 hours. It was amazing how the wine opened up! At first, it tasted light, sweet, and grapey, not much else going on. But as time passed, the aromatics blossomed and the wine put on weight, became much richer. I have trouble describing the nose - lots of complexity, floral, mineral notes? The pallette is deep and rich with a long finish.
