Thursday, February 5, 2009 - Decanted 4 hours and consumed over the course of three days, putting under gas and in the refrigerator each night. Nice dusty cherry nose with subtle flowers each night. The first night it tasted almost exactly like cough syrup, which I find somewhat disappointing. The second and third nights, it seemed much more integrated with more secondary notes (flowers, spice, clove).
