Sunday, May 31, 2015 - Splash decanted (375ml). Bright red fruit, bramble and spice on nose. Medium weight fruit on palate that is delightfully tense, layered, mineral and a bit tight at this juncture. This was very pleasurable now, has a long life ahead and we loved it with seared Ahi tuna. Almost a 'holy cow' wine as everything was in such balance and full of expression.
