Cranberry and red apple on the nose, pretty much mirrored on the palate with some mixed berry. Not quite jammy, but thick with fruit. Medium bodied. Decent finish. Inoffensive. Nothing distinctive about this. Not sensing a lot of acidity.
I expected more spice, earthiness, and focus, but I really didn't find those things today. If you have this, I'd hold for a few years to see what develops.

    6/8/2017 6:25:00 AM - The Bearwallow wines are pretty different from the Santa Cruz mountains ones. They are more like what you are looking for.
