Friday, December 17, 2021 - PnP. Aromas of dark cherry, spice, pepper, game and a touch of herbal. Did not need a decant. Dark cherry, spice, pepper, a gaminess and herbalness on the palate. Soft tannins . Very well balanced with nice acidity and freshness of the fruit. In a really good place now.
